01 Who we are

Höchsten & Jacoby is a law firm with many years of experience in civil and commercial law. Our specialty is distribution law, in particular automotive distribution law. For decades we have represented vehicle manufacturers and importers as well as car dealers of all sizes – in Germany and abroad. Private individuals also count among our clients, for they too benefit from our decades of practice and the specialist knowledge that comes with it.

A decisive difference to other law firms lies in our independence. We stand by our roots, which reach back to the era of Germany's post-war economic miracle, the „Wirtschaftswunder". We are no legal factory – with us, you have and keep the attorney you know and trust as your personal contact.
